Downing Architects, P.C.
Gary joined Downing Architects in 1993. Prior to that, he worked at firms in the Midwest. Gary has worked extensively with the City of Bettendorf, Bettendorf Community School District, Rivermont Collegiate and Scott Community College. He has over 30 years broad-based experience in the practice of architecture. Gary was named partner in 2006.
David joined Downing Architects in 2010. Prior to that, he worked in local architectural offices, and as an architect for a local design-build construction company. He has over 20 years of broad-based experience in the practice of architecture. His work includes projects for Augustana College, Bettendorf Community School District, Rock Island School District and many Midwest businesses.
Tim joined Gerald Cox, AIA in 1965 and a partnership was formed in 1974. Tim Downing purchased control of the firm in 1977 which continues as Downing Architects, P.C. to the present. Throughout the past 50-plus years, an extensive amount of the firm's work has been in the design of educational, institutional and religious facilities.
